Well, it's hard to build a collaboration when one person decides his story is more important then all the others. Or someone who's not interested in listening. Or someone who has something SO IMPORTANT TO SAY THAT HE IS GOING TO STICK IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU SO YOU CAN'T MISS IT . . .
