1. how about a small thumbnail of one or two pieces of artwork on *every page* of sito, very tiny, in a corner? [maybe chosen at random, etc]

2. use different methods (rather than simple random) to pick what viewers see when looking at the artchive home page: random by artist, random from "new" art, random from "old" art, etc. [ed and i have actually pondered many variations of this, and may be implementing a couple flavors in the new look. hopefully this will happen in a week or 2.]

3. [semi-serious] only let people see ONE artchive work at a time ... until they comment on it! then they can move on to the next... heh
