Impulse Freak is a collaborative comic book project of SITO.org. A book with many artists and as many narrative twists.

The second issue of Impulse Freak was published in October of 2000, three years after the first issue. Why so long between issues? Don't ask. The baton of editorship was passed to Jesse Reklaw in September of 1999. One year and 50 artists later, issue two was completed.

Like the first issue, Impulse Freak #2 was created through the collected efforts of artists around the world. These artists were found on SITO, the Net and through word-of-mouth self-publish/zine/art networks. Each artist was handed three panels of art from the previous artist and asked to elaborate upon the narrative.
