Just my two cents - I don't know how the old artchive search worked (didn't use it enough to remember), but the current one is pretty easy. I entered "McKee" and it found me, and "snz" and it found me. So I guess so long as the user is willing to take the "leap of faith" that trying something isn't going to hurt anything (there's a whole nother can of worms!), they shouldn't have any problem finding who they're looking for.
