1. i figured having panic uploads show up in the news would have the potential of generating a lot of news-noise. besides, panic is meant to be a bit of a spastic burst in time, not to really be remembered and preserved. that said, perhaps i could make panic uploads that have happened after a long period of silence there show up in news. (?) 2. panic parties rock! long live up/dn load frenzies and #sito irc channels. 3. isnt he the governor of iowa?
