It seems to me that anything that is included in the grid- then becomes the grid.

If there are posts about the events of yesterday - then any posts about that subject are essentially on-topic.

I guess perhaps - I am unclear what your rulez are. Could you post a primer/FAQ on what YOU consider on-topic posts?
