Don't blame UWI for the big nav. That's my fault. I don't think it's ugly. Some of the icons need work, sure; but they're all my creation, so if you want to blame someone for them, blame me.

The "small" navigation was keeping casual users from getting around on SITO. Even I was having trouble clicking on the "help" icon.
