Adobe Online Services <www.adobe.com> has a cool new feature where you can upload a jpg or tif from your hard drive and they will optimize it for the web and make it really small. Check it out. The only other place to find this feature is photoshop 5.5 as far as i know. It is so cool. I love it. it's all free and doesn't require logging in or anything.
