right now theres not really a good mechanism for checking up on when there is new panic fodder up -- thats my bad.
maybe for now you could post some notes on new uploads here in the discussion? also, if you add "#seed_BASENAME" to the end of the link, it should hop to the point in the panic dir where that set starts.
