copy the picture 2817. cut out the painting in question from the border, 150 x 150 pixels. save that image at 150 x 150. go to google click IMAGES click the search by image camera upload your image by browsing.

any matching picture in existance with result, plus lookalikes...

if this doesnt yield information, crop the image to edit out as much of what seems custom alteration as you can. save with a new name and retry another google images search
