I actually grab each tile individually and do not typically do the screen capture thing. Some how that seems to be a safer bet for accurately lining up the pixels where they need to be and is how I first started doing my panels, so it's kind of ingrained. As far as the color thing goes, I know now not to worry if it looks a little funny on an unfinished level. I did however notice that on level 3006 (another level where I had a similar experience) the final piece DOES show some evidence of color shift (Orange in A2 and A3). Odd.
