The inspiration for my b3 contribution came last night about an hour after dark. After hiking for over a mile down a steep slope, over roots and rocks, feeling my way with my boots in conditions that could be described as swimming in brownie batter (it was pitch black) I made it to within 5 feet of the end of the trail. I think it was the false sense of security that led to my mis-step... off the trail I tumbled landing my right knee on a very sharp rock! I cleaned it up real good last night and I'm going to clean it again here as soon as I finish this post. So I'm asking your advice: do you think I can get away with butterfly bandages and a good ace wrap and no knee bending for the next few days, or should I go get stitches (I have no money or insurance, so the thought of a hospital visit isn't very inviting...) ...gridcosm?level=2706
