i agree. but the trick with the off-topic board has always been when has a thread drifted sufficiently. the whole thing is speculative and sketchy. i suppose one could argue that just about *anything* could be discussed here cuz it is found in gridcosm. in a way, i dont even really have a problem with that. in all truth, i just wish i had time to rewrite some of the discussion code so it was easier to read through and (if one wished) ignore threads. then i would be fine with letting the off-topic thing be left alone.
