Some of the good guys (like David Hasselhoff) are hallucinations. I watched the Quicktime movie again--Stacy Keach is in the freezer above a bag of frozen peas--not ground round--I apologize for the error.

"Writing in Rolling Stone in 1982, Marcelle Clements related her realization that marijuana was no longer fun for her and her fellow '60s smokers. What happened, she asked in a famous essay called The Dog Is Us, to lead the people who glamorized a drug to decide to abandon it? A dog walking into a room full of pot smokers used to be the most hilarious thing in the world, she observed."

So says this article. X'ed out - Salon <dir.salon.com>

The dog is us? The poodle is me. Where is my pride? Where is my shame?

I missed the Ecstasy craze--thank gawd. But I do enjoy listening to trance goa dub ambient electronic music on internet radio while creating stuff for da SITO house. It's so synthetic you can hardly call it music. It's not distracting.
