I don't see the Dolby reference. "Milk Robotics" is the collective noun for projects implemented by Petr Sorfa, who is the source of the face on the level. Silverstein is indeed Shel, the sign on the shoulder is sourced from the cover of "Where the Sidewalk Ends".
