indeed, its the numberization(!?) of "sito". i dont remember when it first came up -- probably not too long after we went from otis to sito, i would guess. for a year or two back in the late 90s (are we really *that old*?), we had registered 2170.org as well. never used it and let it lapse. now i see its just some stupid squatted/ad site.
