But his intellectual property belongs to his estate because he is deceased. Estate laws are different in UK than they are in the USA. Can you predict how his estate would react? Can you predict how those entrusted with managing his estate would react? Can you predict how his current publisher (probably a subsidiary of a multinational corporation) would react?
