Hey, my newest iteration does the zoom fine... it's the load/switch JPEG times that cause the pause. I've managed to greatly improve upon the load-delay in a new-new version that I haven't made public yet... but you can test it out at this non-permalink... http://sito.org/synergy/gridcosm/gcv_alt.swf Again, don't link to that file anywhere, because it will get deleted once I upgrade it with a UI and extra features (and work out the bugs). Arrow/cursors control the zoom. Oh yeah, and SPACEBAR starts zoom (in or out).
