I think there's only one main feature I'd really like to see added and that is: exponential zoom!!

What is exponential zoom? it's a way of zooming that approximates the way images normally zoom. A simple linear zoom has the feeling of being faster at the beginning then slowing down, thus creating an undesirable "choking", non-smooth motion effect. Exponential zooming fixes that.
