It was taken from some newsgroup, lifted via a screencap, a cropped shot of a larger deal. The website is called ishotmyself.com and there was a flood of many gals who literally took off the clothes anywhere and took some candid shots, rude macros and more. I liked the one I chose for the shapes were cool and it was just pervynough for me.
