if you save the image using your mouse option (i.e. not screen capture) it will automatically grab the same frame that it will be compressed and preserved as.
(windows right click SAVE PICTURE AS / mac hover click SAVE Image As or whatever it is you mac people do to save pictures (or do you just do screen captures for everything...))
