thanks. i had been testing that a bit before the crash, and just now revisited it. its flaky (on top of the strangeness that always exists with machine translation!), but better than nothing i suppose. i have kinda stopped kidding myself that we have the resources to do manual human translation!

my final trick was to get it to *stop* showing the translation links *in translated pages*. so once i got that working, i thought i would throw it live. its kinda fun looking at peoples posts and gridcosm text in other languages!

p.s. he is talking about the language translation links at the top of sito pages, like this -- lang:CN:PT:FR:DE:IT:JP:ES:KO:RU:EL:NL
