i partly want to allow the mythology of patricks "deep pockets" theory to persist (...discuss?num=11526), but i feel for the sake of credit-where-due, i should point out that the good guys at Novia are our main benefactors, as they provide SITO.org's connection to the internet, and thus, lifeline, as well as hardware support (for example, they diagnosed just what was up with the hard drive while i could not reach it remotely). so, while sito runs on very *shallow* pockets money-wise (i.e. we have NO financial source at all!), there is a ton of generosity from the novia tech teams, volunteers on various levels, and especially just support (like your posts) from our userbase... hooray for that!
