"i prefer a system which tells you 'who is watching and willing to draw' a list , not a queue . A special button wich adds you to the list .(logged on users only) it's a grown up place we can be fair (?) " a lot of what is going on in this brainstorming thread, i think anyway, is fodder for *future* projects. gridcosm is what it is. sito is (in theory -- if we had the time/energy/etc to do a lot more programming!) about collaborative experiments. we should apply what we have learned and are learning to new ideas. i like these... queues of artists. i like ideas of voting. and can i add: i like perl/unix programmers who want to build synergy projects for sito to *put in front of* all these hungry artists! not to get TOO FAR ahead of ourselves, but ed and i are working on a new synergy project for 2005 (based on an idea we had about 7 years ago ... so you can see how quick we are!). will it just be a new place to start flame wars? tune in and see!
