i assume you mean you are getting emails of the gridcosm discussion posts here, yes?

the way to change that is to click on EDIT PROFILE in the upper right. this will get you to your user settings. check out the "Discussion Notification" section. un-select sito.synergy.gridcosm and you should stop getting email. email me if that doesnt work for ya.
