Not sure if that mouse would fit on my desk as currently configured. It's not really arthritis or cts, so I don't know how much it would help. It's an auto-immune disorder so it gets me in the wrist, knuckles and lower arms at various times. I can still do some stuff, I just gotta watch how long I play in the sandbox.
