Let me explain what I meant. Think of homeopathic medicines. A small amount of poison can be good for the health under certain circumstances. Obviously, this does not mean that poison = medicine. And ugliness is not the same as beauty. But a small subset of ugliness can exist in the larger set of beauty. This is because truth is beauty, and the truth is often ugly.
