The true collaboration of 8 people plus the computer is the hardest thing to do. It requires letting go of your own conception of where the 450x square should go. It's something not many people can do well (myself included). We all want to put our stamp on things. If you want to get all zen about it, removing your ego from the picture is the way to grid-success.
