Perhaps a way of controlling the voting. With your log -in you could vote once per level for each piece of the respective artists participating... on a 1 to 5 rating. The votes per level would be tallied and would maintain fluctuating average somehow. I am sure this is possible to create. if one maintains a 4 to 5 average, the posting would be unlimited. A 3 would perhaps get 2 panels. 1 - 2 would get a limited amount and so on.
