The faded one pixel line between 1506 b2 and c2 is JER's fault. However, the _two_ pixel line in the completed level is half TCA's fault, because TCA intentionally duplicated JER's faded line. Why? Who knows? As for the woman's arm, that's TCA's fault, not GIMP's. One vertical line got chopped off the image when it was sized to 150 x 150 just before uploading. This is a rather common error, I think.
