You can use the back button or in cases where it's been a while or you've closed your browser down, you can use the history button to get back to the upload page for the tile you need to replace. Only works though if you get to it before the whole level has been finished. There is also danger that you could try and upload the replacement tile at the exact same time as the last player for that level is upload her tile and boom! the grid gets stuck!
