Speaking of Panic... Mike, I'm begging you to please alter this lonely submission.
It's mostly ART OF THE INSANE, the creation of Firesign Theatre's Phil Austin. I stole it from his blog. The text that accompanies his piece is quite humorous, needless to say. Phil Austin's Blog of the Unknown <austin.weblogger.com> I blended SNY's shitbird from Gridcosm level 1300-a1 into it, and a few other halfhearted things. Neil Young's song "Danger Bird" went through my head every time I looked at SNY's drawing. Over and over again. ...gridcosm?level=1300 My heart wasn't in it because I was so overwhelmed by the totality of Austin's grand masterpiece. What does one add to an artwork that has everything? I'd rather put a sports jacket on Michaelangelo's David--doing so would come closer to some sort of integrity. You must feel the same way when you borrow characters from classic Looney Tunes, Mike.
Maybe I should toss this image into Panic.
