Tca, you should know better. Any attempts to consciously direct the direction or interest of the grid are basically doomed to fail. The best way to spark collaboration is to do things you personally have never done before, try a new technique, invent a new way of creating an image, don't fall back on the tired routine of slapping an image in the middle of a square, or adding some surface type to an image. Even with "shocking" imagery like a swastika it's still the same old, same old.
