And I'm definitely not a "purist", I love all the effects and background music :) At least for the hi-speed video.

But I can totally imagine another setting, more of a poetry session, where the levels will be read in front of a backdrop of each level. This way one can really appreciate all the images and texts, but the super-fast video is great for getting Gridcosm in a vertiginous gestalt sort of experience which is definetely mind-blowing, if not mind-altering! I love both!
