EHO, it doesn't matter what you have between your legs, only the pixels that flow from your fingers. Sometimes I did wonder, I have to admit - only because your imagery, skill and subtlety seemed ... well... not male. But I long ago gave up on making assumptions about people online or offline. Know the old deconstruction of ASSUME? If I assume, I make an ASS out of U and ME. It is even more embarrasing when I have assumed an offline person was female, when they were (unfortunately) male. After that, I never make assumptions about anything! Any assumptions of you being a penis-person were probably made due to the fact most (not all) compu-nerds are boys - and boys like to play with their toys. Therefore the assumption is often made, but a wrong assumption especially in a SITO world. BTW, in my various dates over the years I have a test I give to my potential significant other: I make a Grid piece about her in some veiled way that only she will understand. If she 'gets the grid' and appreciates my attempt at creativity in her honor, then I know she is cool and worth pursuing. [ I can even brag that the Gridcosm once got me beyond third base, but that's another story ] in short, the Grid is where we upload a few kilobytes of our soul - genderless, as it really is. jonathan
