Yes, Stumptown is a coffee joint. There are two of them. Both have provided fuel and environment for many a SITO discussion. I spend an average of an hour a day at the Stumptown on 45th&Division. There are many Portlanders on SITO, let me see if I can remember a few off the top of my head.
