can music be art? i.e. can music be dicussed on the SITO site?

i just love these little informal discussion and get-together sites that you art people have. Musicians don't... i am in the wrong art field from that point of view.

i am a swedish electronica fan, but is now living in London.

anyone interested in starting a london based SITO site.
