actually, it's not a *self portrait* per se; it's actually a portrait of one of the inhabitants of my self, this planet-like body in which my consciousness inhabits, believing it is alone, until it recalls that critters live, also, between my eyelashes and on my skin, hiking around...So this is a *spirit* of one of those folks. And the mountain in the background? Simply a wart, or a portion of my nose, enlargened to appear as a mountain!
