| Thank you Rams, I actually love the colors in this one myself. A friend of mine saw this painting and asked why was the crow pulling of the fairy's wing. I told her that she just had a mean set of mentality because this is a NICE painting and not one of deep dark wicked thoughts as she is sure lurks in my mind. The ribbon is white to show purity, and also white shows friendship in flowers. I was just thinking that the old crow was just trying to be nice by giving little fairy something to cover up with, but if I had painted the ribbon Red then the Crows thoughts would have been a little more in the passion area which in fairy land I am sure would be just fine. Thanks for the comments, and I really enjoied painting this painting. I'm being asked to do more South Western art, but I'm afraid that my heart is not in it. | ||
