well, the blood had been drained, and the BD is missing from her thigh, and the genitals look too much like a vagina- she had a penis and vagina, though neither were fully developed nor functional. also, her face was NOT intact; there was a gash ear to ear. I do really like the painting, however, it has a nice balance, and is thoroughly creepy.
