The name sue IS written in the hair of the mermaid... bravo! Good observation! Sue is the reason the Santa Catalina Island Roasting Company is in existance. She had a terminal illness and was cared for by my mother for about a year. After Sue passed, she left my mom some money and my mom has dedicated her business to Sue... hence, the name "Sue" in the hair...
