Wow, Robin, THANKS!!! It's so cool to hear from someone who really "gets it," especially someone as talented and accomplished as yourself. Anyway, I believe that as the technological frontiers of our material culture push ever more deeply into the microcosm, "micro-art" and "nano-art" will become truly relevant, and more people will "get it". The micro-world is a strange place to explore... light doesn't help you see there because its wavelength is too damn big... things stick together and fly apart in strange ways when you can count the atoms you're working with on your fingers and toes... it's a really strange environment.
