i think (here in the u.s. at least) "art therapy" is not given enough credit as being valuable and helpful. in fact, i only put it in quotes because i think creativity and expression are not just therapy but necessary in everyones life, and we arent really given the message that this is true.

i am glad you are trying to spread the word and be helpful in this way.
