I disagree. GWAR was so much better/different than KISS in developing costumes, mythology and stage presence. KISS was "glam", GWAR was "punk/sludge". Do you call every band that uses costumes/makeup a KISS rip-off? Or do you have something personal against GWAR? GWAR would kick the creative and collective asses of KISS any day. Of course, once the KISS (merchandise) Army and the legion of groupies got into the fray, GWAR would be piledriven to a foamy pulp. Regardless, these are great photos, Martin.
