I'm not terribly impressed with this "filter-driven art" either. Is that what bothers me? That it seems like JSY is obsessed with Kai's Power Tools? Is "bother" too strong a word?
Perhaps I should see this set of images as an inspiration to create and post my own "art". I too have made art that filters human faces and figures, but the filter is my mind and hands, not software.
