If anyone gets up to Bath, check out C. Ford. I saw her work in Vermont, and let me tell you: Wow. this painting i one thing (note how the trees show through the walls etc.)--But I tell you: It is not representational of her larger body of work and her command of the medium. Her work is varied. The portion that touches on "fantasy" is small. She is a master of technique, which doesn't show through on the computer screen. "Long Live Jesus In Concrete"!
