Description:Another of my 1980s pieces, probably made while i was living in Ann Arbor, MI. Shows my then semi-racist attitudes, or at least my political naivete regarding how drugs were allegedly behind "all" the bad things about urban poverty. I trusted that way of framing such issues, not knowing that i was having my emotions manipulated and mobilized by the Rollback-style game.
