Description:Graphic Design assignment - to create a label for a beverage. This is the label and bottle I submitted as my final comp. The concept revolves around the Mexican phrase, "chingon" which can be use to describe someone as a 'bad ass'. The tequila itself is crude and rough, in taste and flavor, and so the label contains Mexican symbolism and "low brow" iconography to emphasize the 'bad ass' angle. Gold leaf was applied to the name. Solo para los hombres mas chingones. Beauty shot done by the instructor and was retouched in RAW using Photoshop. Label also done in Photoshop and Illustrator.
