Description:Oil pastel on velvet. 12" X 16". Also known as 'Portrait of a young man dancing'. Based on a reproduction. My only essay in the use of this support material, I'm glad to say. It seemed to suit the costume. Note the relationship apparent between this figure and the one similarly dressed in 'Ball under a colonnade'. Sold.
