Description: Poster, silkscreen: 2'x 3' A poster that I designed for my friend's senior dance performance at Oberlin College. She herself is Filipina, and the original photograph came from an early 20th century French book. (Outrageously, the caption underneath the photo read, 'Native Savage' [in French].) !!! Behind her, circling, are the drummers. "Dancers speak the earth."
